Just this week I received at least half a dozen calls for picnic style meals. Amazing how even though it is dreary and cold out people know that warm and sunny days are coming.

I am one of the lucky few to get my hands on this recipe. Chef Miles out of South Carolina taught me a technique while working the Masters golf tournament together. To this day it still blows my mind. Crispy and heavily seasoned. A true southern treasure!
